Kerbera is an informational website. There are no accounts, logins, or restricted areas. We collect personal data only when you fill in the contact form, and we use it exclusively to reply to you and to keep the website secure and functioning properly.

Data we collect
When you use the contact form, we may process:
- first and last name
- university or company
- message content
In addition, for technical and security reasons, the server may generate minimal logs (e.g. IP address, user-agent, timestamp).
Why we process your data
We use the data only to:
- reply to requests submitted via the contact form
- security, abuse prevention, and technical maintenance of the website
Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) to handle the inquiry; legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) for security and proper functioning.
Retention
We retain contact form data for the time necessary to handle the request and then delete it, unless legal obligations apply or retention is required for legal protection. Technical logs are retained for limited periods proportionate to security needs.
Infrastructure and service providers
The website is hosted on cloud infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS), using data centers located in Europe. Data is not disclosed or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Cookies
We use only technical cookies necessary for the website to function. We do not use profiling or marketing cookies, and we do not use third-party analytics tools.
Your rights
You may exercise the rights provided under Arts. 15–22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection) by writing to info@kerberalab.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
